JOB DESCRIPTION

As a socially responsible coordinator (SAS), you will be responsible for reviewing the administration's operations based on the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations and general advice on management systems for quality in operations. You will ensure that the operations comply with laws, regulations, and decisions and propose improvements when quality needs to be strengthened.

A significant part of the assignment consists of investigating and assessing Lex Sarah reports. In cases of serious misconduct, you will also be responsible for reporting to the Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO).

You will support the operations in systematic quality work and contribute to the development of routines and working methods. The role also involves participating in introductions and training efforts, including issues related to deviations and Lex Sarah.

You will analyze and follow up on the quality of the operations, for example, through documentation reviews, monitoring compliance with routines, and following up on internal and external measurements.

You will become part of the department that works with development and quality issues (development and administrative support) and actively participate in the transition work for good and close care and the new social services act.

You will collaborate closely with the management, managers, and other key personnel to develop and ensure quality in the operations. The role involves significant personal responsibility, and you will independently plan your workday.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have:

• a degree in social work or another education combined with experience that the employer deems relevant
• several years of experience working with authority within social services and you are well-versed in legislation and social documentation
• experience in qualified investigative work
• experience working in a politically governed organization
• good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you:

• have experience working with supervision and review
• have experience in business development
• have worked in elderly care
• have a driver's license for a car is strongly recommended
